Bartlesville - Logistics Coordinator II

Key Responsibilities

• Process and maintain customer, carrier, and product setup requests.
• Review requests for accuracy and completeness before processing.
• Coordinate with internal teams and terminal stakeholders to complete setups on time.
• Maintain accurate master data and operational records.
• Assist in troubleshooting carrier loading and terminal operation issues.
• Work with support and operations teams to identify and resolve problems.
• Monitor operational issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Track issues through resolution and support continuous operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with business operations, customer/carrier/product setup, or master data management.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
