Hardware Technician

We are seeking a NOC Analyst to provide network and infrastructure monitoring, incident response, and escalation support. This role is focused on maintaining uptime across critical systems. The position involves working in a 24x7 environment with rotating shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network, server, and infrastructure alerts.
• Identify, triage, and respond to incidents to minimize downtime.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate to engineering teams as needed.
• Maintain and update runbooks and monitoring documentation.
• Support change management and scheduled maintenance windows.
• Communicate incident status to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Manage conference bridges for Problem Management.

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with monitoring tools.
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, and switching.

Preferred Qualifications

• CCNA or similar networking certification.
• Experience supporting energy or utilities sector environments.
• Experience with Service Now.
• Prior experience in a NOC or network operations environment.

Work Environment

The schedule involves rotating shifts. Day shifts are onsite, and night shifts can be remote. The current schedule includes 12-hour shifts for three days, followed by four days off, and 11-hour shifts for four days the following week. This schedule includes coverage for one weekend day.
