Assistant Community Manager – assists the Community Manager in daily on‑site management and operations, supervises leasing, maintenance, and other staff, manages resident requests, handles collections, and supports special projects.

• Assist in directing and supervising leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.
• Maintain current knowledge of area competition and market surveys.
• Complete or supervise completion and accuracy of weekly activity reports, rental applications and record all rental and leasing information.
• Assist Community Manager in reporting, assigning, and recording resident requests.
• Assist in implementation of resident renewal and retention programs.
• Collect, receipting, and record all rents, including delinquent rents.
• Provide reports as required.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Computer knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Full understanding of compliance documents and deadlines.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service with proven strong team‑building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of tax credit required.
• HUD/Section 8 required.
• Minimum 1‑2 years of tax‑credit and property‑management experience.
• Background screening and drug test required.
