Overview
We’re hiring a Production Supervisor to lead plant operations in recovering critical minerals from lithium-ion batteries. This hands-on role includes supervising staff, ensuring safety and quality, troubleshooting equipment, and driving process improvements.
Responsibilities- Lead plant operations in recovering critical minerals from lithium-ion batteries.
- Supervise staff.
- Ensure safety and quality.
- Troubleshoot equipment.
- Drive process improvements.
- 10+ years in industrial plant operations (recycling, battery, metals, or chemical processing)
- 5+ years supervising teams
- Experience with automated process equipment and troubleshooting
- Strong safety knowledge (OSHA, Hazmat, RCRA)
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime
