** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate haul trucks to safely transport raw materials within the plant or quarry.
* Conduct pre-shift inspections and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
* Monitor material loads to ensure proper placement and volume.
* Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to coordinate operations.
* Support plant operations by assisting with general labor tasks as needed.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
* Strong awareness of safety procedures and hazard recognition.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment troubleshooting.
* Willingness to work in varying weather and site conditions.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
