Feedstock Technician
Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time Day Shift (hours may vary by department)

Requirementsfor the Feedstock Technician
- Ability to lift and carry 50-70 lbs. regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and work in a physically demanding environment
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic computer skills and ability to use tablets or laptops
- Ability to follow safety procedures and standard operating procedures
- Forklift and material handling experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills preferred
- Must be willing to work day shift hours that may vary by department
- Must be willing to submit to required pre-employment screenings:
- Medical Examination
- Spirometry/OSHA Respiratory Questionnaire
- Baseline Hearing Test (Audio Exam)
- Physical Agility Examination
- Drug Screen
- Criminal Background Check
- Inspect, sort, and prepare incoming feedstock materials for processing
- Identify and separate materials based on operational requirements
- Disassemble materials and components using hand and power tools
- Palletize processed materials for storage or shipment
- Safely transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed
- Inspect materials for contamination and non-conforming items
- Accurately document production and processing activities
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Communicate operational issues and production updates to supervisors
- Participate in daily safety meetings, training sessions, and operational briefings
- Follow all company policies, environmental regulations, safety standards, and PPE requirements
- Participate in respirator fit testing and maintain compliance with respiratory protection requirements
- Adapt to changing workflows and support production goals as business needs evolve
