In this role, you will have the opportunity to support manufacturing and production processes while developing your engineering skills through hands‑on experience, problem solving, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with experienced engineers and production teams to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and overall manufacturing performance.
The work model for the role is: Onsite in Bartlesville, OK. #LI-Onsite
Your role and responsibilities:
Support manufacturing operations by reviewing production processes, collecting and analyzing data, and helping identify opportunities to improve quality, cost, efficiency, and on‑time delivery.
Assist with continuous improvement activities including standardized work instructions, process documentation, 5S, Lean manufacturing, and problem‑solving initiatives.
Support the development and implementation of manufacturing solutions
