** What You'll Be Doing
*** Assist in performing mechanical maintenance on plant equipment.
* Conduct routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of machinery.
* Support repairs by using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
* Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
* Collaborate with senior mechanics to learn repair techniques and best practices.
** What We Are Looking For
*** Mechanical aptitude with interest in developing maintenance skills.
* Ability to safely use basic tools and follow detailed instructions.
* Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
* Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn and adapt.
* Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and working in varied conditions.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

*** Starting Pay $23.03 per hour DOE (depending on experience)
