Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Available Shifts
  • 6:30 am - 6:30 pm Rotating 3 on 3 off
  • 6:30 pm - 6:30 am Rotating 3 on 3 off
  • PRN
Pay, Benefits and Perks
  • $5,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time qualifying candidates!

Essential Functions
  • Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
  • Provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
  • Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans
  • Assess and document the resident’s condition and nursing needs
  • Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders
  • Assign nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the team member’s capabilities and qualifications
  • Administer medications
  • Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents
  • Document treatments as required
