Registered Nurse (Children's Dept)

Job Type: Full Time, Regular, Non-Exempt
Shift: Day Shift (8:00 am - 8:00 pm), 12 hour shifts
Salary: RN Level III (Outpatient): $71,500 annually ($34.37 hourly); RN Level II (Outpatient): $67,500 annually ($32.45 hourly); RN Level I (Outpatient): $65,000 annually ($31.25 hourly)
Responsibilities- Conduct nursing assessments and evaluations
- Create and execute individualized care plans
- Provide health education and case management
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Ensure the effective delivery of crisis services in alignment with state laws
- Registered Nurse Level III:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a valid permanent Oklahoma RN license, plus one year of professional experience; or Associate in Nursing and two years of experience - Registered Nurse Level II:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a valid permanent Oklahoma RN license, plus one year of experience; or Associate in Nursing and one year of experience - Registered Nurse Level I:
Associate in Nursing and a valid permanent Oklahoma RN license - Unrestricted Oklahoma RN licensure

This agency requires coverage 24 hours, 7 days per week. Work hours and location may vary depending on business necessity, and employees may be required to work weekends and overtime.
