Locations:
Home base in Tulsa, with regular travel to satellite clinics:
Muskogee, OK, Bartlesville, OK
Schedule:
Mon – Thu7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
No nights. No weekends. Half-day Fridays.
What you'll do- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and medical histories
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with established protocols
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
- Provide patient education and counseling on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in EMR systems
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development
- Travel between Tulsa, Muskogee, and Bartlesville clinics as scheduled
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution
- Current, unrestricted Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner license
- Active ANCC or AANPCB certification
- Current DEA registration with prescriptive authority
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical NP experience
- Experience in pain management, orthopedics, or specialty healthcare strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel regularly between clinic locations (personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursement provided)
