Nurse Practitioner

Locations:
Home base in Tulsa, with regular travel to satellite clinics:
Muskogee, OK, Bartlesville, OK

Schedule:

Mon – Thu7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday7:30 AM – 12:00 PM

No nights. No weekends. Half-day Fridays.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and medical histories
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with established protocols
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
• Provide patient education and counseling on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in EMR systems
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development
• Travel between Tulsa, Muskogee, and Bartlesville clinics as scheduled

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution
• Current, unrestricted Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner license
• Active ANCC or AANPCB certification
• Current DEA registration with prescriptive authority
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical NP experience
• Experience in pain management, orthopedics, or specialty healthcare strongly preferred
• Willingness to travel regularly between clinic locations (personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursement provided)
