As the Quality Control Manager, you’ll take charge of the Quality Control Plan (QCP), guaranteeing that all deliverables meet the highest standards in a high-stakes mission environment. This role is essential to maintaining program integrity and operational effectiveness in support of national objectives.

Key Responsibilities- Implement and maintain the task order’s Quality Control Plan (QCP) and ensure annual reviews and updates are submitted to the government
- Monitor performance and ensure all service deliverables meet quality standards and contract requirements
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspections across all aspects of contract performance
- Evaluate and manage program quality, including subcontractor performance, staffing, security compliance, and linguist support services
- Identify, document, and report deficiencies; recommend and oversee corrective actions
- Coordinate with program office staff and government representatives to resolve quality concerns
- Submit timely and accurate reports on program quality metrics, findings, and improvements
- Recommend process enhancements to continuously improve performance and compliance
- Required,
- Bachelor’s degree OR a 20‑year career in the U.S. Military (retired at E6 or higher) AND a documented Quality Assurance Training Certification OR DAWIA QA Level II certification
- 5 years of quality control management experience within the last 10 years
- Proficient with project management tools and government program portals
- Strong understanding of current regulations, quality guidance, and compliance frameworks
- Active Secret security clearance
- Prior experience in government contract quality assurance or QC/QA roles in contingency operations
- Background in performance auditing, risk assessment, or ISO/AS quality standards
- Strong analytical skills and ability to implement data‑driven process improvements
- Proven track record in developing, implementing, and managing large‑scale quality programs
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to brief senior government officials on compliance and corrective actions
