We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring compliance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements by inspecting, testing, and validating tools and equipment.
Responsibilities- Perform quality inspections and functional testing of assembled equipment.
- Verify product conformity against engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Conduct pressure, mechanical, dimensional, electrical, and functional testing as required for specific products.
- Identify, document, and report nonconforming products and deviations.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in quality inspection, testing, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
- Working knowledge of quality control principles and inspection techniques.
- Basic computer skills and experience with quality management systems.
- Experience in oilfield services, downhole tools, or manufacturing operations.
- Familiarity with ISO quality systems.
- Experience with SAP or other manufacturing systems.
- Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience.
