In our newly founded research group "Joint Innovation Hub" at the new location of the Fraunhofer ISI on the educational campus in Heilbronn, we are looking for innovative minds who want to make the world more livable. Our researchers focus on interdisciplinary questions in the field of "Systemic Innovation and Technology Management". We lead and conduct scientific and application-oriented projects for clients from business, politics, and civil society as well as for other stakeholders.

Through our scientific systemic approach, we anticipate and analyze innovative developments and design them sustainably with our partners. The goal of the "Joint Innovation Hub" is to make companies and institutions future-fit for their changing environment.

At the Fraunhofer Institute for System and Innovation Research (ISI), we are looking for a student assistant (m/w/d) who will support the scientific staff at the Joint Innovation Hub (JIH) with various innovation topics.

What you will do:

You will support ongoing projects with industry partners, conduct literature searches, and assist with the preparation and follow-up as well as the execution of workshops and the preparation of research results.

What you bring:

• Enrolled student in the field of economic engineering, economics, or a comparable field (technology management, innovation management, entrepreneurship, (technical) business administration, sustainability management, digital business management, business informatics)
• Current enrollment certificate
• Interest in active participation in projects
• Experience in project participation
• Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Professionalism in dealing and communicating with people
• Organizational talent and hands-on mentality
• Enthusiasm, self-reliance, engagement, and sense of responsibility
• Very good German and English skills
