** Role Overview:
** A Treehouse Prep Cook plays an essential role in the kitchen, preparing high-quality ingredients and supporting the culinary team with foundational tasks. In this position, you’ll focus on ingredient preparation, basic cooking techniques, and maintaining an organized and efficient kitchen environment. Whether it’s chopping vegetables, making stocks, or roasting, your work will help set the stage for the exceptional dishes Treehouse Hotel is known for.

** Execute foundational cooking tasks, including roasting, blanching, and making stocks or doughs.

Qualifications:

** Basic knife skills and a strong understanding of fundamental food preparation techniques. Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and food processors. Organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to assist with a variety of tasks across the kitchen.

Previous kitchen experience is a plus, training is available for motivated candidates.
