What You'll Do
Greet guests, take drink orders and craft a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages—cocktails, beer, wine, and more .
Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with local and state laws .
Suggest beverages and upsell specials to enhance guest experience.
Operate POS systems, handle cash and credit transactions accurately .
Maintain bar cleanliness—stock glassware, garnishes, and supplies; perform opening/closing duties .
Monitor inventory and alert management when supplies are low .
Support peers, including barbacks and servers, to ensure seamless service.

Requirements
High school diploma or GED; bartending certification (e.g., TIPS, Serv Safe) a plus .
1+ year of bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment (or equivalent training).
Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and flavor profiles .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure .
Detail-oriented, reliable, with a polished appearance.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
