* * to join our Kitchen team and help deliver memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll play a key role in preparing and presenting high-quality meals while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
** Your day-to-day impact
*** Prepare and cook a variety of menu items in line with established recipes and presentation standards.
* Support daily kitchen operations including food preparation, mise en place, and service.
* Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety.
* Assist with ordering, receiving, and storing food supplies.
* Work closely with front-of-house teams to ensure efficient service and positive guest experiences.
* Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, reporting any issues where required.
* Complete opening and closing procedures, stock control tasks, and kitchen documentation.
* Assist with maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.
** What you’ll bring to the team
*** Previous experience in a similar cook or kitchen role within hospitality.
* Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* A guest-focused approach and pride in delivering quality food.
* National Police Clearance required.
* Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including weekends, public holidays, and reasonable overtime.
