Retail Scan Associate; Bartlesville OK

Overview

This is a permanent PART-TIME role. The base hours for this position average 2–4 hours per week across all stores, depending on store size and workload. Additional hours (typically 1–2 hours per week per store) are assigned for special projects throughout the year, with higher demand from January through June. Full scheduling details will be reviewed during the interview.

Retail Scan Associates visit a designated selection of stores each week to scan all product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including aisle end caps throughout the store. The data collected is analyzed and used to improve the sales performance of the product and retailer (store). This role offers workplace independence, some flexibility in hours, and job consistency. There will be continuous physical activity throughout the workday shift.

• Visit designated stores each week to scan product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including aisle end caps.
• Analyze collected data to improve sales performance for the product and retailer.
• Use a downloadable app on a mobile phone to scan barcodes in various locations throughout each store.
• Complete Display Scanning in the store on a weekly basis, which can take several hours to finish.
• Support additional work known as Custom Projects, which occur almost every week and can add 30 minutes to 2 hours of work per store during those weeks.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines and maintain dependability and quality in data delivery for clients.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure standing for long periods and access products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach up to 6 feet, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be a deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi-Fi.
• Must be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
