Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Perform shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager;
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy;
Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers and notify customers of shipment arrivals;
Handle returns, exchanges, refunds, and ensure proper invoicing and merchandising tasks are completed;
Oversee opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, cash deposits, and securing the store and delivery vehicles
