Job Description

Entry Level Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities
  • Service existing customers by addressing and meeting customer needs.
  • Establish a pipeline of new customers by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing customers and new customers for appointments.
  • Adjust content of sales presentations by need of the client.
  • Focuses efforts by studying existing clients and potential referrals you can obtain.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily activity reports, weekly activity reports, and monthly sales analysis.
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolves customer complaints by responding promptly, investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Is the initial main point of contact for the customer.
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
  • High School Diploma or or equivalent BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred but not needed.
  • One to three years of sales experience or customer service preferred but not required.
  • Driver’s License and ability to work in the U.S. is needed.
  • Ability to obtain Oklahoma Life and Health Producer License
