Call Center Outbound Business Account Representative

• Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
• Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
• Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
• Utilize expertise of products to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate value
• Problem-solve and find solutions to encourage customer commitments

• Minimum of three to six months of relevant experience and/or training
• Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
• Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
• Proactive approach to customer engagement
• Associate's degree or higher is preferred

• Experience in a sales or customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with sales tracking systems, such as Sales Force
