Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and online in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Listen to customer needs and help identify the right vehicle options based on preferences, usage, and budget.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test drives, showcasing features and benefits.
  • Present financing, warranty, and protection options in coordination with the F&I department.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat and referral business.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of current vehicle inventory, features, and manufacturer programs.
  • Accurately complete all sales paperwork and deliver an efficient, transparent transaction process.
  • Work closely with management, F&I, and service teams to provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Represent Knight Automotive Group’s Core Values — accountability, integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement — in all customer interactions.

Qualifications
  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required — we will train the right person.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strong work ethic, motivation, and desire to succeed in a team environment.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to learn and understand vehicle technology, financing options, and product features.
  • Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
