• Responsibility for the technical condition and the visual appearance of approx. 25 stores in the Hamburg region in direct reporting line to the Area Facility Manager
• Independent planning and execution of regular store visits including efficient weekly tour planning taking into account priorities and guidelines
• Carrying out and documenting regular condition assessments of the stores
• Carrying out repair, maintenance and repair work on technical facilities taking into account economy, quality and warranty periods
• Recording, processing and follow-up of defects including documentation as well as continuous optimization of defect processing procedures
• Ordering and procurement of required materials, possibly also on site
• Inspection, maintenance and replacement of light bulbs and ballasts
• Regular inspection of technical building equipment (e.g. electrical rooms, safety lighting, sub-distributions) and carrying out necessary cleaning measures
• Cleaning and maintenance of air conditioning filters
• Carrying out minor renovation and painting work to ensure a well-kept appearance
• Engagement of external service providers if necessary as well as supervision and acceptance of the executed work
• Participation in construction measures, renovations as well as support in new and remodeling projects

• Completed training in a building trade or in a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in a building trade including very good technical knowledge
• Good understanding of technical
