Job Description The Sourcing Leader is responsible for managing supplier relationships, supporting operations and business units, and the overall development and implementation of sourcing strategies that align with the Senior Flexonics’ objectives. The Sourcing Leader will report directly to the purchasing manager. They will utilize the ERP system to manage pricing, supplier selection, invoice receipts, and align with Accounts Payable.
KEY RESULT AREAS- Perform day to day purchasing activities as they relate to sourcing of direct material.
- Manage communication with the supply base, buyers, and the production planners.
- Demonstrate project management skills in overseeing RFQs, project deliverables, and timelines aligned with business unit objectives.
- Develop relationships with internal colleagues and external supply base, to ensure business continuity of material delivery.
- Participate in program meetings and provide information critical to the success of launch and/or securing of new business.
- Manage supplier performance by conducting regular business reviews, monitoring key metrics, delivering scorecards, and continuously evaluating and improving the overall supply base.
- Perform global sourcing to identify raw material and component suppliers, leveraging sourcing expertise to evaluate total cost in supplier selection.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Business, operations, management, or equivalent.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Some kneeling or reaching may be required.
Standard business hours, with occasional after‑hours or weekend work for maintenance or emergency response.
Base Salary $75,000 – $95,000
Salary ranges are determined by role and level, and within the range individual pay is determined by additional factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
