Holman is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to support our dynamic operations team. In this role, you’ll help ensure smooth purchasing processes by maintaining vendor relationships, tracking orders, and supporting our Buyer/Planner team.

  • Starting Pay: $25/hr
  • Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM

What Will You Do:

  • Review supplier confirmations to ensure accuracy of pricing and delivery terms
  • Collaborate with the Buyer/Planner team to resolve discrepancies in orders
  • Follow up with suppliers on unconfirmed purchase orders
  • Update lead times and pricing based on supplier acknowledgments
  • Expedite orders that are past due and follow up on delayed shipments
  • Work with suppliers to delay shipments of goods not yet needed
  • Manage cancellations and coordinate returns for unneeded items
  • Provide backup support for primary buyers as needed
  • Assist with additional purchasing projects and tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Additional education or certifications in supply chain or purchasing is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or a related field
