Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer, Hanover Park, IL

We are seeking a Quality Engineer for a 3-6 month contract with a possibility of permanent hire. This role involves working with a leading company in the commercial filtration solutions industry, specializing in high-quality filtration cartridges for various applications. The position is based in Hanover Park, contributing to process improvements and ensuring the highest manufacturing and production standards.

• Develop and improve quality processes in manufacturing and production operations.
• Perform root cause analysis and lead corrective actions (CAPA).
• Analyze production data to ensure quality standards are met and process improvements are implemented.
• Interpret engineering drawings and collaborate with the production team to address quality issues.
• Work within a fast‑paced and high‑pressure team environment to meet deadlines and ensure product quality.

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering.
• Minitab analysis experience.
• Strong background in process development and process control.
• Solid problem‑solving skills with familiarity in root‑cause analysis and corrective action (CAPA) methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Strong background in data analysis.
• Experience in developing and executing Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Six Sigma certification or experience.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr benefits are subject to change and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Eligible employees may receive the following:
