Financial Planning & Analysis Manager Why This Opportunity Stands Out:- Clear path from Senior Financial Analyst to FP&A leadership

Target Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000
Key Responsibilities for the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager:- Partner with department leaders and the CFO to support financial planning and business decisions
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analysis across multiple locations
- Perform P&L analysis, variance reporting, and monthly executive reporting
- Develop dashboards and leverage SQL/Power BI to analyze financial performance and trends
- Present financial results, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership
- 4+ years of FP&A experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with SQL and/or Power BI for data analysis and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
