Join Duly Health and Care’s Physical Rehabilitation team, offering specialties such as sports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular rehab, and pediatrics. • Schedule:
  
  Full‑time, Monday‑Friday.
• Evenings: 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM (last patient at 6:00 PM).

• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Certification in Physical Therapy and a valid state license to practice, including completion of appropriate coursework from an accredited university.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $77,000 – $110,000 depending on qualifications and experience. The position may also be eligible for a sign‑on bonus.
