The Warehouse Lead supports all functions within the Loading Department, assisting management by training, guiding, and directing warehouse staff as needed. They ensure all outgoing orders are accurately audited, accounted for, and safely loaded, while providing ongoing support and direction to Loaders.

• Demonstrated leadership skills to mentor and coach Loaders
• Candidate must have the ability to read, write and understand English, including identifying numbers
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong attention to detail and good time‑management
• Independent problem solving skills
• Work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment
• Computer skills, Google preferred
• Candidate must have reliable transportation, flexible schedule, solid attendance and a positive, professional attitude
