Location: Bartlett, IL

Pay: Starting at $22/hr (depending on experience)

Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What You’ll Do

• Assemble and install components for truck bodies per work orders, preparing them for mounting onto chassis during final vehicle assembly
• Adjust and secure locks, latches, and moving components for proper operation
• Apply hardware to vehicle bodies
• Perform final inspections to ensure vehicles are complete and customer-ready
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols
• Assist with other shop tasks and projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience with mechanical assembly in an industrial or heavy-equipment setting
• Experience with shop tools, power tools, and safety equipment
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to follow technical instructions
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and reliability
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Commitment to quality and safety in all work performed
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
