** Manufacturing Specialist
** to join our Graphics team i
** n Bartlett, IL**
* ** Shift: Monday - Friday  8AM-5PM**

**** Key Responsibilities
*** Responsible for preparing quotes and provide order status to customers
* Run weekly manufacturing reports and create custom reports as needed.
* Reconcile and report discrepancies found in records and make corrections as needed.
* Bring unresolved variances to supervisor for discussion and resolution and enter manufacturing orders based on demands.
* Maintain stock inventory and schedule, order additional supplies as needed.
* Responsible for creating and closing manufacturing orders in a timely manner.
* Prepare purchase orders for manufacturing orders and MRP items.
* Compile statistical, inventory or auditing reports for management meetings.
* Possess knowledge of assembly process to limit scrap materials.
* Perform all other duties and projects as assigned.
* Ability to interact with all levels of management and have strong attention to detail.
** Qualifications****:
*** 1-3 years of previous work experience in an office setting
* Experience in a manufacturing environment or supportive role is strongly preferred
* Intermediate level of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
* Must have high school diploma or equivalent
* Must pass a physical and criminal background check prior to employment.
