Holman is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to join our Graphics team in Bartlett, IL.

• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

• Prepare quotes and provide order status to customers
• Run weekly manufacturing reports and create custom reports as needed
• Reconcile and report discrepancies found in records and make corrections as needed
• Bring unresolved variances to supervisor for discussion and resolution, and enter manufacturing orders based on demands
• Maintain stock inventory and schedule, order additional supplies as needed
• Create and close manufacturing orders in a timely manner
• Prepare purchase orders for manufacturing orders and MRP items
• Compile statistical, inventory or auditing reports for management meetings
• Possess knowledge of assembly process to limit scrap materials
• Perform all other duties and projects as assigned
• Interact with all levels of management and maintain strong attention to detail

• 1‑3 years of previous work experience in an office setting
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or supportive role is strongly preferred
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass a physical and criminal background check prior to employment
