Corporate Resources, on behalf of or client located in Bartlett, IL is hiring an Administrator.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and managing sales quotes, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and clear communication with customers and the sales team.
- Create engaging sales and marketing collateral for distribution at trade shows, through the online sales portal, and as part of email marketing campaigns.
- Work independently and resourcefully to establish, document, and maintain standard operating procedures that support the sales team and overall business operations.
- Draft professional correspondence and serve as the main point of contact and liaison for external sales representatives.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports for the team, using Excel to organize and present data clearly.
- Receive, confirm, and prioritize purchase orders from both domestic and international customers, ensuring details are accurate and processed efficiently.
- Oversee accurate and timely order processing, ensuring all shipments meet scheduled dates and pricing is aligned with company standards.
- Compile and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and spreadsheets, supporting informed decision-making and strategy development.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year’s experience in an administrative role
- Tactful and effective communicator with exceptional relationship management and customer service skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities, with a proven capacity to multitask efficiently
- Process-driven, methodical, and highly attentive to detail
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, positive attitude, a good sense of humor, enthusiasm, and high energy
- Highly persistent, resilient, and possesses strong integrity, with excellent follow-up and follow-through skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively
