Get Fresh Produce, a Fresh Edge LLC company, is hiring CDL B Day Reefer Drivers in Bartlett, IL. Our modern distribution fleet of 125 fully refrigerated trucks is maintained and fueled on-site. Drivers use individual tablets to process deliveries electronically, track routes and hours of service, and communicate with the team.

We base everything we do on “Fresh Thinking.” This means constantly seeking to work more efficiently, creatively and meticulously to meet our customers’ needs. We work everyday to drive consistency in Customer Service, Quality, Food Safety, Reporting and Technology.

• Average Annual Earnings: $70,000 – $75,000+
• Overtime paid after 40 hours worked

  5‑day Work Week
  • Day Shift: Monday – Saturday (Saturday mandatory, off Sunday and one other day)
  • Night Shift: Sunday – Friday (off Saturday and one other day)
• Shift Start Times
  • Day Shift: 2:00am – 5:00am
  • Night Shift: 9:00pm – 11:00pm
• Route:
  Drivers will drive throughout the Midwest within ~250‑mile radius of Bartlett. Must be flexible with route changes. Routes can have 10‑20 stops per day or 4‑7 per night.

  Hand Freight/Hand Unload
  • Hand delivery to restaurants using hand‑cart, 2‑wheel dolly, ramps
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 75lbs with no assistance

• Reefer Box Trucks
• Transmission:
  Automatic & Manual available

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have CDL B (CDL A encouraged)
• Preferred 6‑month verified tractor‑trailer experience, though new grads encouraged
• Air‑brakes endorsement required
• Must meet DOT testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must pass required pre‑employment drug screen
• Must lift and/or move up to 75lbs
• Hiring radius: live within 40 miles of Bartlett, IL or willing to relocate

• Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands to grasp, manipulate or feel objects
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
