Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 12:00am - 11:00am

Find your future at Fastenal! Our distribution center is hiring energetic, team oriented individuals be on our transportation team! Working as a Full-time Terminal Driver (DOT - CDL) , you will be representing our fleet as you deliver from Fastenal Distribution Centers to branches and customer on-site locations. You will operate a safe, well-maintained and late model tractor trailer. Delivery trucks are pre-loaded by warehouse employees prior to departure and you will be responsible for unloading the freight at each stop along your route;

most routes average 10-12 stops. We offer established routes that may see periodic change based off needs of the company. • Providing excellent service to our branches and customers by delivering product in a prompt, efficient manner
• Interacting with our shipping and receiving departments
• Maintaining a clean work environment within our equipment
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of work area
• Complying with health, safety and sustainability rules and expectations
• Participating in activities and programs that help the company achieve health, safety and sustainability objectives
• Learning, passing, and practicing various environmental health and safety trainings

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Possess or are currently in progress of obtaining a Commercial Driver's License
• Possess a current Health Card OR have the ability to obtain one
• Possess a current Haz Mat endorsement OR have the ability to obtain one
• Meet Fastenal driving record requirements
• Possess strong working knowledge of the DOT regulations in regards to a CDL Driver
• Maintain DOT regulated Drivers Hours-of-Service
• Willingness to drive interstate routes across state lines
• Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
• Lift up to 60lbs. and maneuver up to 150lbs.
• Successfully complete the required DOT drug and alcohol screens, road test, employment verification and background check

• Prior driving work experience
• Prior experience operating a forklift

The base pay range for this position is $60,000 - 90,000. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.
