Responsibilities
- Field phone calls from potential new clients
- Run conflict checks on potential new clients
- Gather information to qualify leads
- Maintain CRM and lead tracking spreadsheet
- Communicate with law firm members regarding potential new client matters
- Identify opportunities for additional services
- Book strategy sessions for potential clients
- Conduct follow-up calls with potential clients
- Work closely with marketing team and advertising vendors
- 1 year of sales experience (Preferred)
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to gain trust and establish rapport with prospective clients
- Proficient with calendars and email
- Excel spreadsheets and practice management software
