Nashville-based, long-term investment firm to hire a Manager or Director for its growing proprietary sourcing function in either Nashville or Charlotte.

The firm is seeking professionals with a strong track record in proprietary sourcing, whether built in private equity business development, corporate development, or a buy side deal role, who can build authentic, lasting relationships with founders and CEOs. This role offers exposure beyond a typical outbound sourcing function and the opportunity to help shape and eventually lead a proprietary sourcing function as the firm grows.

Strong communication skills, a track record in a relationship-driven or sourcing focused role, and genuine alignment with a long-term, values-driven investment philosophy are required.
