Senior Director, Enterprise Initiatives

• Lead support for key enterprise-wide initiatives and programs through maximum hotel-level compliance, participation, and utilization
• Oversee BPS-led strategies and efforts supporting Stay Score improvement through targeted programs and always-on resources
• Oversee Digital Stay Experience strategies and support hotel engagement with Guest Messaging (Kipsu), Digital Key, and Connected Room
• Oversee BPS support for Hilton Commercial enterprise-wide initiatives and programs
• Oversee BPS support for operational enterprise-wide initiatives and programs
• Deliver executive-level written and verbal communications on action status, progress, and impact
• Collaborate with BPS/BMA functional leaders on awareness and education of supported initiatives
• Leverage BPS support channels to drive participation and utilization
• Partner with Customer Promise, Commercial, Hilton stakeholder, and BMA leaders to align support efforts and identify hotel or owner friction points
• Own Stay Score support and communications, enterprise initiative support, and Digital Stay Experience tool support measured through program KPIs and brand standards

• Seven (7) years of related professional experience
• Five (5) years of Hotel and/or Hospitality Management experience
• Three (3) years of management or supervisory experience
• Experience supporting strategic initiatives through cross-functional collaboration and implementation
• Demonstrated experience using data-driven and test-and-learn approaches to developing and implementing support programs
• Strong executive-level presentation skills, both verbal and written, across key stakeholder audiences including senior leaders
• Experience working with Hilton Brands preferred
• Experience in project management and customer experience strategy
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, BOSS, and related support technologies
• Experience managing vendor relationships and enterprise partnerships
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
