The project consists of the construction of a new ADA restroom and concession building as outlined in the plans. General Contractor shall provide all materials and labor required to complete the project as per the written requirements.
Order this entire project, price will be calculated by SQFT
Sealed bids are to be received no later than 2:00 P.M. on Friday, October 10, 2025. All bid packets (original and two copies) to be labeled “FY SHADOWLAWN PARK ADA RESTROOM & CONCESSION BUILDING” and addressed as follows: MAYOR DAVID PARSONS CITY OF BARTLETT 6400 STAGE ROAD BARTLETT, TN 38134. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding process.
