We're working exclusively with a leading national General Contractor to appoint an experienced Director of Operations to drive the successful delivery of large-scale commercial construction projects across Tennessee.

As Director of Operations, you'll provide strategic leadership across multiple high-value projects, ensuring exceptional delivery, financial performance and client satisfaction. You'll work closely with project teams, pre-construction, executive leadership and clients to oversee projects from acquisition through to completion.

• Lead the delivery of major commercial construction projects valued at $100M+.
• Oversee project performance, budgets, forecasting and profitability.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure contractual compliance.
• Champion safety, quality and operational excellence across all projects.
• Recruit, mentor and develop high-performing project teams.
• Support business development, pre-construction and project acquisition activities.

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 15+ years' experience with a commercial General Contractor.
• Strong commercial and financial management experience.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and develop successful project teams.
