Construction Manager/ Foreman, Procurement / Purchasing, Estimator
Some Assistant PM jobs have you chasing RFIs from the trailer.
This one puts you on industrial manufacturing projects across the Southeast, working alongside experienced Project Managers who expect you to become one yourself.
You'll help build manufacturing facilities, industrial expansions, and complex construction projects where schedules matter, coordination is everything, and every project teaches you something new.
If you've already spent a couple years supporting industrial construction and you're ready for bigger projects—not another year updating spreadsheets—you'll probably enjoy this role.
You'll be involved in:
- Supporting Project Managers from preconstruction through closeout
- Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field operations
- Tracking budgets, schedules, change orders, and project costs
- Assisting with estimating, procurement, and project controls
- Solving field issues before they become schedule problems
- Traveling throughout the Southeast on major industrial manufacturing projects
You'll fit well if you:
- Have 2+ years supporting industrial construction projects
- Have worked on manufacturing plants, process facilities, heavy industrial, food & beverage, automotive, or similar industrial builds
- Can read construction drawings and communicate with field teams
- Enjoy fast-paced projects where every week looks a little different
- Are willing to travel throughout the Southeast as projects require
This isn't the role for someone looking to stay in one office.
It's for someone who wants to build the kind of project experience that opens doors to Project Manager much faster than staying on the same site year after year.
Curious what projects are coming up next? Let's have a conversation.
