This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, supporting independent pharmacies with their orders, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The position requires a customer-first attitude, and proficiency with technology, particularly the Microsoft Suite products. Enjoy a work schedule from 10 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday, along with a rotating Saturday shift.
