Process Engineering Intern (Summer 2026 Internship Program) – Brother International Corporation, Bartlett, TN.
Role OverviewBrother International Corporation is recruiting for its Summer 2026 Internship Program. This paid, summer‑long experience starts Monday, June 1 and ends Friday, August 14, with optional extension. The program seeks undergraduate sophomores and juniors (rising juniors and seniors during the program) who possess U.S. work authorization and can work full‑time on site. The goal is to provide meaningful work projects and develop a talent pipeline in our communities.
Duties & Responsibilities- Support the development of data extraction and reporting from programmable logic controllers and cobot‑controlled equipment, verifying data accuracy and creating reports for upper management.
- Review equipment data to identify corrective actions and contribute to improving overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
- Must be a current college sophomore or junior (rising junior or senior during the program) returning to an undergraduate program after the internship.
- Target Major(s) or Fields of Study:
Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and database concepts.
- Completion of junior‑level engineering coursework.
- Effective communication and writing skills.
Preferred Experience & Technical Skills
- Familiarity with Python programming.
- Experience with Access or other database tools.
