- Oversee the planning, design, and delivery of roadway and highway projects
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and agencies, strengthening partnerships and identifying opportunities for future collaboration
- Manage project resources, schedules, and budgets
- Inspire and mentor project teams, promoting professional growth
Candidates must have a track record of project pursuit and wins with county or state clients in Tennessee as well as being a Professional Engineer in Tenessee
