What you'll be doing- Develop short and long-term mine plans that optimise production, reserves and operational performance.
- Deliver surveying, geological analysis and quality control activities to support efficient mining operations.
- Monitor ground support, ventilation and mine conditions, identifying trends and driving safe operational decisions.
- Partner with mine leadership on technical projects while stepping into operational leadership when required.
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology or a related engineering discipline.
- 1-3 years' experience within an underground mining environment, with internships also considered.
- Experience, or the ability to quickly develop expertise, in mine planning, surveying and CAD-based software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively across operational and technical teams.
