About The Job
Client is currently seeking to a Land Surveyor to join our team of design professionals in Bartlett, TN.
Job Responsibilities- Oversee all Surveying services including but not limited to:
Title Commitment Review, Boundary Determination, Legal Description Preparation, Review of Drafting, Certification of Final Survey Maps/Plats - Coordinate with Company Project Engineers and Field Crews
- Review Workloads and Weekly Schedules
- Maintaining Quality Control Practices for the Survey Department
- Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Tennessee
- Minimum of ten (10) years of Land Surveying experience
- Must be able and willing to become registered in multiple jurisdictions
- Salary based on knowledge and experience
- Employer paid Health Insurance for employee (Medical/Vision/Dental)
- 401K Plan
- Two weeks vacation per year (first week after 6 months)
