Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Test & Evaluation (T&E) Engineer to support military aviation programs, with a primary focus on Special Operations aircraft
, avionics, sensors, Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE), and weapon systems.
The successful candidate will lead the planning, coordination, execution, and analysis of flight test activities while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering and program teams to ensure mission success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, coordinate, and execute comprehensive flight test plans.
- Plan and schedule flight test activities and test range operations.
- Collect, process, analyze, and document flight test data.
- Ensure compliance with Army flight test regulations, standards, and safety requirements.
- Participate in Technical Interface Meetings (TIM), Test Integration Working Groups (TIWG), System Safety Working Groups (SSWG), and Program Reviews.
- Support aerial flight testing in a Flight Test Engineering capacity.
- Work closely with engineering, safety, logistics, and program management teams to support system integration and testing.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and engineering recommendations.
- Provide administrative and logistical support related to flight test operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Preferred)
- Minimum 15 years of experience supporting military rotary-wing aircraft.
- Minimum 10 years of military or commercial aviation experience.
- Minimum 10 years supporting Special Operations Aviation programs.
- Minimum 5 years of experience planning and conducting flight tests.
- Minimum 3 years supporting the Defense Acquisition process.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance or Interim Secret Clearance

Experience supporting one or more of the following platforms:
- A/MH-6
- MH-47
- MH-60
- MQ-1
