We7re partnering with a well-established healthcare organization that is entering an exciting new chapter of growth. They are seeking a hands-on Controller who can partner directly with executive leadership, strengthen the finance function, and help build the infrastructure needed for the future.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants more than a traditional Controller role. Based on performance, this individual will have the opportunity to grow into the CFO role within approximately one year.

• Oversee accounting operations, including AP, payroll, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
• Develop financial reporting and dashboards to improve visibility into performance.
• Partner with revenue cycle leadership to improve collections and financial outcomes.
• Provide financial insights to executive leadership and the Board.
• Analyze profitability, expenses, provider performance, and opportunities for improvement.
• S trengthen processes, controls, and financial infrastructure across the organization.

• Strong Controller-level accounting and financial leadership experience.
• Experience leading month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly with executives and operational leaders.
• Someone who enjoys building processes, creating structure, and improving how finance supports the business.
• Healthcare finance experience preferred; candidates from other reimbursement-based industries will be considered.
