- Master’s Degree: $65,000 /annually + every other Friday off paid
- Master’s Degree + LPC, LSW, or CADC: &67,000 /annually + every other Friday off paid
- Master’s Degree + LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT: $$70,000 annually + every other Friday off paid
Schedule:Full-Time | Every other Friday off (paid wellness day) | Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm

Your Role:
Team Lead, Integrated Housing Services
Heritage Behavioral Health Center is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Team Lead, Integrated Housing Services to provide leadership, supervision, and oversight of community support and recovery support services across four residential settings.
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing supervisors and multidisciplinary teams that provide comprehensive, person-centered services to individuals living with severe and persistent mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders
. Services are tailored to meet each person’s unique needs and include mental health counseling, skill building, medication management, budgeting support, healthcare coordination, and linkage to community resources.
The role promotes a recovery-oriented approach that supports individuals with mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders in living in the least restrictive environment possible. The Team Lead coordinates care across team members, ensures service quality and compliance with agency and regulatory standards, and fosters collaboration to address residents’ clinical, recovery, and daily living needs.
Team Leadership and Supervision
- Provide direct supervision, guidance, and support to the team of community support and recovery support team members.
- Facilitate regular team meetings, case consultations, and supervision to ensure quality service delivery.
- Support staff development through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
Clinical Oversight and Service Delivery
- Oversee the development and implementation of Individualized Assessment and Treatment Plans (IATPs) for clients.
- Provide and support delivery of individual and group mental health and substance use treatment services within residential settings.
- Ensure services are trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and responsive to the needs of individuals with co-occurring disorders.
Program Coordination
- Coordinate services across residential locations to ensure consistent implementation of community support and recovery services.
